School Store Merchandise

Show your school spirit and order your SMS school apparel!

The SMS PTO is once again pleased to offer parents, students and staff the opportunity to order SMS apparel. Please visit the SMS Lobby showcase to view available products. We have sweatshirts (hooded, full-zip, and crew), tie-dye t-shirts, baseball caps, sweatpants, track jackets, fleece vests, and duffel bags. Many items can be personalized with your name embroidered onto the item.

Last year, students were thrilled to order tie-dye t-shirts for Field Day! It was a sea of tie-dye that day!

Below are the links to the order form and a full list of available products, sizes, and colors. Orders will be taken from now through April 19th and will be delivered to school the week of May 6.

Note that the pictures do not show the SMS logo and/or wolf paw print, but they will be either screen printed or embroidered onto your school store item. There will also be extra order forms available in the front office.

Some items offer the option of having your child’s (or any) name embroidered onto the item. Note you can choose one name only;  i.e. first name only OR last name only. The cost is $3 per item. Refer to the order form to determine which items offer this option.

Unless otherwise noted on your form, merchandise will be sent home in your child’s backpack.

Return completed order forms in your child’s backpack along with payment (Checks made payable to “SMS PTO.”)
